March Stretching Classes Schedule

Spring is right around the corner.  Days are getting warmer, the grass is getting greener and flowers are popping up along Texas roadways. It’s a great time to get outside and play with the kids, go on long hikes, clean up the yard or spend some time in your garden.

Just like the garden or the yard, our bodies need attention as well. What a great time to join a stretching class—you certainly are not injured, but you are getting ready for weekends of yard work and using muscles that have been dormant for the winter.

Monarch Physical Therapy has stretching classes for you and the March schedule is set.  The orange classes on the schedule are on-going, pay as you go, classes. These classes are great for learning more about myofascial release concepts, using the ball or foam roller, and come with a book to use at home when needing inspiration or ideas of how to stretch.

The classes in green are our VIP membership classes—wait a minute—what is that?? We developed a monthly VIP membership for our customers who were requesting a way to continue their journey.  If you have already taken classes, had MFR sessions or a Raindrop session then the VIP membership is for you.

This program rewards you because you know that monthly work helps you keep your body ready for the season ahead.  With a monthly VIP membership you get to choose between classes, MFR massage, raindrop sessions, or biomat sessions at a discounted price! It’s win/win for taking care of YOU!

Have questions?? Need answers? Know a friend who could really use this?? Please feel free to share this post to help let others know what we are up to. If you have questions, please reach out to Laura at the Boerne office 830.431.0773, or reach out to  Brenda who will sit down and help you with what you need.

I have been a physical therapist for over 20 years, and a student of John F Barnes Myofascial release for 15 years. I have had an open spirit, and a tight physical body from birth, so I not only teach clients daily about movement, but I also stretch/move daily. I am pleased to say, I have less pain and am more active at 46 than I was at 28. I love my dogs, and outside of work I live a simple life of being outside or on the ranch. I am a 5th generation Texan, and if you are from Fredericksburg, I am probably related to you. Knowing that we are all connected in some way, helps me when I’m writing or speaking, because I just imagine I am speaking to a good friend. Thanks for reading and following along with my blog — can’t wait to meet you in person, so , until then — be a blessing!
